Voor de bouw van de woningen zijn we op zoek naar een Projectleider voor de Waalse regio. U staat in voor de opvolging van diverse werven in de woningbouw, voornamelijk in Waals-Brabant, Namen, Luik en een deel van Henegouwen. U bekomt van het studiebureau en de interne projectleiders een uitvoeringsdossier. U bent hét aanspreekpunt voor de klant zodra de werken in uitvoering gaan. U hebt met de klant regelmatig overleg op de bouwplaats. U coördineert met de planningsafdeling de onderaannemers voor de afwerking van de woning. U superviseert de activiteiten van de onderaannemers en controleert de kwaliteit van de uitvoering. U biedt zo nodig technische ondersteuning aan de uitvoerders en biedt oplossingen voor mogelijke uitvoeringsaspecten. U kijkt toe op het naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften tijdens de uitvoering. U volgt de werf ook administratief op: u maakt werfverslagen, geeft instructies aan de onderaannemers, n bnb… u staat hierbij in voortdurend contact met de interne p...
